We didn't reinvent the wheel here. We just made a great looking thread protector whether you need it for a freshly custom-threaded barrel or you need it for state compliance.

We have three options for our TPF1 thread protectors. They are offered in 1/2-28 with an OD of .7100", 5/8-24 with an OD of .7150" and 5/8-24 with an OD of .8795". We decided to offer two different OD's for the 5/8-24 so you choose for your .300BLK build or for your .308 heavy barrel.

All thread protectors are precision machined from 4140 steel and black-oxide coated. They are proudly made in our Rochester, NY facility in the USA.
